A world of equal opportunities
bee4change e. V. was founded in spring 2015 by a group of young people in Hamburg. Our mission is to give refugees quick access to our society and thus to a self-determined life.

In order to comprehensively support people with migration and refugee background, our work is divided into different projects. That is how we reach different target groups.
WHY
Promoting social justice
People with migration and refugee background are socially and structurally disadvantaged in Germany. We counteract this with our projects.

Project-based social work
beeMentor
Since 2015, we have been supporting refugees, especially families, with the challenges of everyday life with our project “beeMentor”.
HamWatan
Since 2022, we have been working with partner associations in the HamWatan project to strengthen and network the Afghan diaspora in Germany.
HRD-Mentoring
The HRD mentoring program is a project to support refugee human rights defenders in Germany.
