Our vision is a world of equal opportunities and equal chances

Our team

We were founded in spring 2015 with the aim of making social engagement an important part of our members’ lives. We believe that societies in all parts of the world have enormous potential for improvement in terms of equal opportunities and justice for all population groups.

It is therefore our aim to support disadvantaged groups in society in particular through specially designed projects and to enable social participation.

Our goals

  • Supporting refugees, especially families and children, in their everyday lives and in arriving in Hamburg.
  • Strengthening and networking the Afghan diaspora in Hamburg and Northern Germany.
  • Supporting refugee human rights defenders in Germany.
  • Promoting and strengthening volunteer work, especially in migrant communities.

We work for equal opportunities and social participation for all people in Hamburg and Germany.

Promoting social justice​

Our reasons for our commitment are very diverse. For us, the focus is on equal opportunities and equal chances for all people. We stand up against discrimination and for the inviolability of human dignity.

Unsere Vision ist eine chancengleiche und chancengerechte Welt

bee4change wurde im Frühjahr 2015 von einer Gruppe von Student*innen in Hamburg gegründet, um neben Studium, Arbeit und Freizeit eigens konzipierte Projekte zu initiieren und damit einen persönlichen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung der Gesellschaft zu leisten.
