Wir sind gem. des Freistellungsbescheids für 2017-2019 nach § 5 Abs. 1 Nr. 9 KStG von der Körperschaftssteuer und nach §3 Nr. 6 GewStG von der Gewerbesteuer befreit.
Wir fördern im Sinne der §§51 ff. AO ausschließlich und unmittelbar mildtätige und folgende gemeinnützige Zwecke:
- Förderung von Kunst und Kultur (§52 Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 5 AO)
- Förderung der Erziehung (§52 Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 7 AO)
- Förderung der Volks- und Berufsbildung einschließlich der Studentenhilfe (§52 Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 7 AO)
- Förderung internationaler Gesinnung, der Toleranz auf allen Gebieten der Kultur und des Völkerverständigungsgedankens (§52 Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 13 AO)
- Förderung der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit (§52 Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 15 AO)
